How to file the thick nail using our file dedicated to NailLift

Clips cannot catch the nail thicker than 1mm. It is said that the average of the nail thickness is 0.8mm, so we designed based on this thickness. If the space is wider than this size, clips cannot catch the thin nail.

There are, however, people with thick nails. The nail file which we normally use is too fine to scrape strongly. So we prepared disposable file dedicated toNailLift.

Before attaching

This illustrates the nail seen from the side. It necessary to file the nail to thin towards the tip of the nail, but it is hard to know how much it have been filed off.

Put a color by oil pen as shown on the above picture. Cut surface of the nail should be completely colored, and put color around 3mm.

The black side of dedicated file is course at #60, and can file the nails strongly. The side of the file is made of soft sponge, and it won’t hurt skin even when you try to file the side edge of the nail.

Half is done. If the ink width that is remained on the unfiled tip of the nail becomes around 0.5mm, clips can catch the nail.
Nail surface will be rough after grinding with course file at #60. If you worry, please finish with white surface that is fine at #120.

Before & After attaching.
You can see NailLift could be attached properly, and it is corrected immediately after attaching.
In the case of thick nails, correction will further proceed in about 1 week.
